Rates & Policies

Rates:

• Prime Season - $1600/week
• We rent by the week during our prime season which is June 12th to September 11.  (and Holiday Week ends)
• Minimum one week stay
• Christmas and New Years are considered prime season.
• Prices include all taxes.
• Weekly off season rate - $975/week

Policies:

• maximum number of occupants is 6
• $50 pet fee
• non-smoking
• we collect a reservation/damage deposit of $1200 and this must be received within 10 days of booking; this reservation/damage deposit is non-refundable if your reservation is canceled.
• a cheque for the full rental amount should be sent along with the reservation/damage deposit, post dated 10 days prior to reserved booking.
• upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation of dates, maps, list of cabin provisions and a reservation/damage deposit receipt.
• the reservation/damage deposit will be returned upon check-out
